The Foundation
In 2007, two individuals, each a master of their craft, came together with a shared vision to build a company that would bring a different approach to industrial services. With strong technical expertise, hands-on experience and a commitment to quality, they laid the foundation of Industrial Energy Solutions (IES).
What began with a simple idea — to work differently, work better and create lasting value — soon became the driving force behind the company’s growth.
The journey had begun. And with it, a vision to revolutionise the way industrial services were planned, executed and delivered.
Trust That Built Momentum
IES secured its first major contract with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), built on the founders' experience and goodwill. What followed was rapid growth — expanding into Painting, Scaffolding, Wrapping, Coatings and Refractory. New opportunities emerged across industries and geographies, including major assignments in Cochin, while associations with established industry names such as Essar Energy further strengthened the company’s presence.
The scale of the organisation changed just as quickly. What began with a team of 20 people grew to more than 200 in 2008 and reached nearly 1,000 by 2010. momentum had begun.”

Building Trust
Consistent execution helped establish IES as a trusted industrial solutions partner, opening recurring maintenance work with Reliance Industries, Essar, HMEL Bathinda, and other industry leaders. Thermal insulation emerged as a core strength during this period.
With an expanding client base and increasing project experience, IES continued to strengthen its position in the industrial services sector.
As IES grew, innovation became an important part of its journey. The company introduced new machinery, techniques, and specialised solutions, including electrical rolling and grooving, test laboratory setups, airless coating over refractory surfaces, PIR segment cutting machines, 3A garnet blasting equipment, and pumpable refractory solutions. Alongside technology, IES strengthened its people through skill development programmes and introduced round-the-clock service support to improve execution, reliability, and response time.
A Phase of Rapid Expansion
A major milestone was J3 Jamnagar — one of largest projects of the decade — where IES executed roughly 4,50,000 sqm of insulation within 8 months, part of a 7,00,000 sqm total.

The scale and complexity of these projects played an important role in shaping IES into the organisation it was becoming — more capable, more experienced and ready for larger challenges ahead.

By 2017, IES had established itself as a leading contractor and industrial service partner, recognised for the quality of its work, reliability and execution across its core services.
The company received multiple awards and appreciations from its esteemed clients, reflecting the trust built through years of consistent performance and project delivery.
More than 95% work-order retention was achieved across all major clients — a reflection of the people behind every project.
Phase of Resilience
The COVID-19 pandemic brought unexpected disruption. Nationwide lockdowns and restricted movement affected ongoing projects and manpower availability. It was a sensitive period that required patience, resilience, and careful resource management — one the company navigated until industrial activity gradually resumed.

From Experience to Innovation
As activity resumed, IES turned its focus to a persistent field problem: Condensation, sweating and icing on cold piping and equipment. The company invested in R&D — studying cold insulation systems, failure points, moisture ingress, vapour barriers, joints and installation practices.
Supported by dedicated R&D and Quality Management teams, IES developed a more systematic and process-driven approach to cold insulation.

A New Chapter
After years of learning, building strong relationships, overcoming challenges, and growing alongside our clients and people, 2025 marked an important new chapter in the journey of IES. IES, which began as a partnership firm, was re-established as a Private Limited Company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
The change in structure was more than a change in legal status. It represented the organisation's evolution—from its early beginnings to a professionally structured company ready to take on the opportunities and challenges ahead.
While the structure changed, what remained unchanged was the spirit that built IES: the same passion for our work, the same commitment to our clients, the same respect for our people, and the same belief in delivering quality with integrity that started the journey in 2007
2025 was not a new beginning; it was the continuation of everything we had built so far—now with a stronger foundation for the future.
Raising the Benchmark
In 2026, IES delivered one of its most demanding cold-insulation projects—40,000+ sq. m. completed in just 38 days.
The project involved the complete stripping and re-installation of cold insulation on 100 m and 120 m high columns, executed within an exceptionally tight schedule.
Completing this scale of work within such a compressed timeframe was not simply about speed. It was about proving what disciplined execution, technical capability, and collective determination can achieve.
It stands as one of the most remarkable milestones in IES's journey and, based on our understanding, represents a first-of-its-kind achievement in the history of large-scale cold-insulation execution.
